Simple and Budget-Friendly 4th of July Decor

I’m not sure why, but this year we decided to really go all-out decorating and celebrating the 4th of July. I think it’s because we finally have a space that feels conducive to hosting. I’ve been searching the past few weeks for Simple and Budget-Friendly 4th of July Decor, and below are some of my finds. I hope you have a good time celebrating with family this year!

(Also, as a reminder I linked what I could find or items that were similar, but many things on my list were found at stores like Marshalls or Target dollar spot.)

1. Throw Blanket

Switching out your throw blankets is a simple way to add some 4th of July decor to your home. We got our new throw blankets at Marshalls and they are very cozy!

2. Star Lights

A quick way I decorate our home for different seasons is changing out the garland on our ledge we have on the stairs. You might remember we’ve had a heart garland here before, but for this season we went for a string of start lights. You could light them of leave them unlit. They look cute either way!

3. Wreaths

I’m a sucker for a good wreath. We got one for the front door from Amazon and one for the pantry door at Marshall’s. Changing out your wreath is a simple way to decorate for the fourth.

4. Wood Stars & Houses

These wood stars and houses were found at the dollar spot at Target as well as Marshalls. Are you sensing a theme here? We love Marshalls! The gnomes or tomtes in this picture are also from the Target dollar spot.

5. Felt Garland

Ronia actually found this felt garland at Ross of all places. I’m glad she liked it so much, because I’ve completely lost the garland I had for previous 4th of July’s.

6. Candle Holders

I found these candle holders in the Target dollar spot, and I thought they would work perfectly for late evenings. We just put battery-powered candles in them, but you could use tea lights and they would be just as sweet.

7. Starry Pillow

The final item we added to our 4th of July Decor collection is this blue starry pillow. It was the least loud pillow I could find at Marshalls, and I love how it looks on the front porch. It’s not technically an outdoor pillow, so you could use it indoors as well!
